Bloom Restaurant is an absolute standout. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful atmosphere sets the tone—elegant, warm, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for both special occasions and a relaxed night out. The service is truly excellent: attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. The food is exceptional, especially the Wagyu beef burger, which is rich, tender, and cooked to perfection. The chicken is equally impressive—flavorful, juicy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The drinks are well crafted and complement the menu perfectly, adding to the overall experience. A lovely finishing touch was the thoughtful gift, which made the visit feel even more special and memorable. Bloom delivers on every level—food, drinks, service, and ambiance—and is absolutely worth a visit.

This is one of the most amazing appetizers I've ever had! So unique, interesting and delicious! The crunchy flowers surround a tasty soft cheese. All drizzled with a light sauce. I order it every time we come to Bloom.

The ambience strikes a perfect balance—stylish and inviting with excellent, friendly service —making it a great spot for both relaxed dinners and special occasions. The menu truly shines, especially the wild Alaskan halibut, which is cooked beautifully and highlights the freshness and quality of the fish. The drink program is equally impressive; the espresso martini is expertly crafted, smooth, and well balanced, clearly made with care. Overall, it's a place that pairs great food, thoughtful drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere into an experience worth returning to.

White Shrimp & Sea Bass Ceviche
I was totally blown away from your resturant. Besides the old original quaint building your housed in that was a great setback for your delicious gourmet dishes we enjoyed. My first dish was a perfection of fresh and delicate fav lies and presented with class and style. We will return to this establishment simple because it's delicious food and great service and atmosphere... all the ingredients to make a perfect resturant that deserves to be talked about!
